HOTLINE NUMBER: 727-686-1852
Mental Health Rights Advocacy Inc.—Sign up with a one time fee of $30
You will be able to speak with a Mental Health Rights Advocate and get facts & information that, specifically, relates to your situation. (Specifically for the state of Florida)
We are not a lawyer referral service, but you may be given a list of attorneys to speak to.
You will be able to speak with the advocate as many times as the advocate feels necessary to provide information.
We do not support the use of or assist in the use of the Baker Act. If you feel there is an emergency, you need to call 911. We are advocates and professionals that help inform (only) individuals about the field of mental health and how to further complain about any abuse.
Our advocates will estimate your situation to the best of their skills and and will continue to speak with you until they have provided all the help possible from this nonprofit.
If you pay the consultation fee and we see that the issue is in an area in which we are unable to provide information, then your money will be reimbursed to you promptly. We reserve the right to make that determination.
We provide information only, and do not take any action on your behalf except in the filing of complaints, when appropriate.
All donations made to Mental Health Rights Advocacy, Inc., a Florida nonprofit, 501C3, are tax-deductible.
